Our Initial Public Offering
The UK market understands the silicon IP model, and has been home to great British companies like ARM and Imagination.
We’ve grown fast and see huge opportunity ahead. With exceptional talent and a deep history in silicon IP, we see the UK as a great venue to expand and headquarter Alphawave IP. Our expected listing on the London Stock Exchange will power the next stage of our global expansion.

Can I manage my shareholding online?View Close
Equiniti operates a web-based enquiry and portfolio management service for shareholders. Visit www.shareview.co.uk.
Increasingly, companies are offering shareholders the choice of receiving communications such as the notice of meeting by email or online instead of by post.
To register a preference, you just need to create a Portfolio which you can use to tell us if you want your company mailings sent to you by email or post. You can then change this at any time by simply logging on to your Portfolio and choosing Change preferences from the main left hand navigation menu.
If you choose 'email', we will pass your instruction on to any companies in your Shareview holding that offer shareholders an email option.
Through the Shareview service, you can:
- access details about your shares;
- check sales, purchases or transfers relating to your shares;
- ask to receive important shareholder information by email, directly to your inbox;
- update your name, address or bank details online;
- register your voting instructions for Alphawave IP plc’s Annual General Meetings; and
- receive an email when Alphawave IP plc publishes its Annual Report or publishes financial results and shareholder circulars.
You can find more information on, and register with, the Shareview portfolio service www.shareview.co.uk. Your rights as a shareholder will not be affected in any way.

Scam Smart Warning
Alphawave IP Group plc are aware that shareholders may be targeted by unsolicited phone calls or correspondence from 'investment specialists' concerning investment matters. Alphawave IP plc has no relationship with and does not endorse any of the services offered by these companies. Details of any share dealing facilities that we endorse are included in our mailings.
Alphawave IP Group plc has not appointed or authorised any 'investment specialists' to contact shareholders and you should therefore be wary of any unsolicited calls or offers of advice. Such 'investment specialists' can be very persistent and extremely persuasive and a survey in 2006 by the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”, then the Financial Service Authority) has reported that the average amount lost by investors is around £20,000. It is not just the novice investor that has been duped in this way, many victims have been successfully investing for a number of years. The followings points are intended to help you in this regard.
- Make sure you get the correct name of the person and organisation and make a record of any other information they give you, e.g. telephone number, address etc.
- Check that they are properly authorised by the FCA before getting involved. You can check at https://register.fca.org.uk/
- The FCA maintains on its website a list of unauthorised overseas companies who are targeting, or have targeted UK investors and any approach from such organisations should be reported to the FCA so that the list can be kept up to date and any appropriate action can be considered. If you deal with an unauthorised company, you would not be eligible to receive payment under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. The FCA can be contacted by telephone on 0800 111 6768 or search the warning list by visiting http://scamsmart.fca.org.uk/warninglist
